Publisher Partnerships Account Director – US

Dianomi is the leading and fast growing Premium Native Advertising Platform. We deliver contextually relevant & brand safe native ads at scale across the world's leading publishing brands.

We are looking to invest in the most talented individuals who will help us position Dianomi’s technology and product with key publishers and develop sustainable long term partnerships.
Dianomi is hiring a Publisher Partnerships Account Director for our New York office to help grow and scale new publisher partnerships.


 

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience selling digital advertising for a publisher or technology platform.
  • Consultative sales approach
  • Build relationships with clients of all levels
  • Experience driving the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing to leading a strategic partnership(ability to close partnerships over the long term sales cycle)
  • Detail orientated - candidates should be comfortable analysing and forecasting potential Publisher revenue as part of the sales process
  • Deep understanding of fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology
  • BA/BS Preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment and consistently learn, adapt, and develop
  • Existing relationships with executive contacts in the online media industry


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage and sell to new publishers
  • Negotiate contracts and launch new partnerships
  • Build and manage your portfolio of some of the world's best known publishers
  • Optimize existing partnerships using Dianomi's suite of ad solutions and new initiatives
  • Report into and work closely with the Head of Publisher Partnerships to consistently achieve and exceed goals
  • Liaise with design and technical teams to provide bespoke ad solutions for publishers
  • Work closely with account managers to find new opportunities across the Dianomi publisher network for key campaigns
  • Work with teams in different time zones to help achieve growth


Skills and qualities:

  • Strong knowledge of the digital native marketplace.
  • Ability to present and sell new ideas to publisher partners
