The Publisher Business Development team at Dianomi is responsible for growing the supply of content marketing and native advertising across the world's leading business and finance brands. This person will be expected to build upon existing relationships and most importantly, break new business by strategically prospecting leads, and attending industry events.

You must have a minimum of 3 years Publisher Development experience for a native advertising technology platform. Existing Business & Finance publisher relationships are highly preferred.

  • Advanced business development negotiation skills with a focus on revenue models.

  • A minimum of 3 years of publisher business development with a focus on revenue growth

  • Detail oriented and analytical new business development individual to build and grow prospect funnel

  • Unrelenting drive to find, engage, and establish partnerships with Business & Finance publishers

  • Strong analytical knowledge & familiarity with native publisher business models, exclusivity, rev share, co-existing etc.. focused on driving publisher value

  • Strong work ethic and the desire to go the extra mile in order to achieve the best in your work

 

Responsibilities and skills:

  • Must have an excellent understanding of digital media and the native advertising landscape with the ability to speak confidently about products within the context of providing an incremental revenue stream.

  • Manage a high volume pipeline and consistently close new business to meet or exceed revenue goals

  • Identify opportunities and generate leads from various third party audience reporting platforms (SimilarWeb etc.) as well as Internal prospect lists.

  • Work closely with Head of Publisher Business Development to consistently achieve and exceed supply revenue goals.

  • Work with publisher account management team to build and present proposals to prospective publishers & clients.

  • Manage client expectations to ensure long-term partnerships and maintain high retention rates

  • Identify key decision-makers and produce presentations, proposals, and revenue modeling to successfully negotiate contracts

  • Convey publishers and client requirements to product management teams in regard to development features.
